I, like many, have had my share of ups and downs in my academic studies and I know just how unheard one can feel at times. Especially when crossing the bridge from the easy-going middle-school life to the harsh, unforgiving high school experience, students must be taught how to independently deal with their mental-health problems and how to reach out without feeling like a burden or outcast.
I’ve always thought that a “mental help renaissance” was needed.
