In response to the Pakej Perpaduan initiative for fixed broadband, Time has announced its own take on the initiative called
. That being said, the discounts were not as high as what Time has provided for the 100Mbps plan though.
Specifically, Pakej MyKabel offers a discount of RM20 per month for both plans as opposed to the monthly discount of RM30 for the 100Mbps plan. Nevertheless, this means that eligible customers are able to obtain Time’s 500Mbps plan for RM119 per month under the Pakej MyKabel initiative instead of RM139.For the 1Gbps plan, the monthly fee is reduced from RM199 to RM179.
Time’s Pakej MyKabel can only be obtained at selected Projek Perumahan Rakyat locations that are currently being served by the ISP.
