Upon clarification, TIME Internet's 'Speed Boost' actually applies to all customers under its 100Mbps, 300Mbps, and 500Mbps Fibre Home plans. In other words, you don't need to fulfill a minimum 20-month subscription period in order to enjoy this benefit.
Customers subscribed to the ISP's Fibre Home 100Mbps plan will be boosted to 200Mbps, whereas the 300Mbps and 500Mbps options are upgraded to 500Mbps and 600Mbps respectively. TIME assured that there will be no change to the subscriber's broadband fee, contracts, or discounts .The latest Loyalty Programme promotion is also offering eligible customers with a free router upgrade and more through opt-in from 27 March to 30 June 2024, but with additional terms and conditions applied.
