PETALING JAYA: Thunderstorms and strong winds have been forecast to hit most parts of Peninsular Malaysia on Thursday (May 4) night, according to the Malaysian Meteorological Department.
The turbulent weather is expected to hit the states of Perlis; Kedah ; Penang ; Perak; Kelantan ; Terengganu ; Pahang ; Selangor; Kuala Lumpur; Putrajaya; Negri Sembilan ; and Johor until 9pm.
It also said that thunderstorms are expected with rain intensity exceeding 20mm/hour that will last more than an hour.
