Three people are dead, one is hurt and two others have escaped injury after five vehicles collided on a major Queensland motorway late on Friday night.
Police have confirmed three people are dead after two semi-trailers, a hatchback, a dual-cab ute and caravan trailer were involved in a horror pile up on a major stretch of highway in Queensland.
Queensland Police in a statement said two vehicles caught on fire in the collision, which involved two semi-trailers, a hatchback, dual cab ute and a caravan trailer.
