Mohamad Azhan said that over 113 projects within the 10 thematic areas of PJSSR2030 had been approved since the launch of PJ SEED four years ago.

“PJ SEED 5.0 invites community-level organisations to design and implement projects or initiatives that will help MBPJ improve its performance in the 10 thematic areas under the Petaling Jaya Smart, Sustainable and Resilient 2030 plan ,” said Petaling Jaya mayor Mohamad Azhan Md Amir at the launch at MBPJ’s headquarters in Petaling Jaya.

Mohamad Azhan said that over 113 projects within the 10 thematic areas of PJSSR2030 had been approved since the launch of PJ SEED four years ago, with grants totalling RM1.9mil given out. “The technical aspects of all PJ SEED 5.0 grant applications will be evaluated by a MBPJ appointed panel. “Those interested in helping to improve MBPJ’s sustainable development objectives are encouraged to submit their applications before June 30.
