Nova Scotia is denying homeless people hurricane relief aid despite announcing social assistance recipients would all get an extra $150. But, the province is denying anyone who doesn't have a permanent address. And there are lots of others in the same situation as Robert Stewart according to Campbell McClintock. He is a street outreach worker with the Out of the Cold Community Association. They provide a low-barrier supported housing community in Halifax.
