Nationals Senator David Littleproud says there is absolutely no “regulatory burden” on any of the telcos to maintain the mobile phone towers.

“What we’re saying is simple regulatory change – extend the universal service guarantee from landlines and payphones to mobile

phone towers so that they are maintained,” Mr Littleproud told Sky News host James Morrow.“This is just some common sense solutions.”
