The Australian Open will feature a new suite of restaurants including Supernormal, the Stokehouse and Nomad to beef up its hospitality offerings.
Supernormal will open onto Garden Square with a menu including the restaurant’s lobster rolls, scallop and pork dumplings with red vinegar and saltbush and peanut butter parfait with salted caramel and soft chocolate. “This is a great cross-section of what Melbourne is doing in one location, it’s a veritable feast,” McConnell said.Tennis Australia
