The Redmi A1 was launched in October last year in our country, an entry-level smartphone with a colourful design. When it was launched, it was the company’s most affordable smartphone in 2022 and price-wise, it just got even better.

To recap, the Redmi A1 features a 6.52-inch LCD display with a resolution of 1600 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by the MediaTek Helio A22 paired with 2GB of RAM and a 5000mAh battery which support 10W charging. There’s only a 32GB storage variant though the device does support expandable storage of up to 1TB through its microSD card slot. Those interested in the Redmi A1 can purchase it via Lazada, Shopee or Xiaomi Authorised Stores.
