The Northwest Territories might be getting their very first cannabis production facility via TheGrowthOp
It’s looking more and more like the Northwest Territories will be getting their very first cannabis production facility–in the centre of the Engle Business District in Yellowknife.. Harker is hoping to start construction on the facility this year, and he’s currently in the middle of the “up-to-18-month” process of scoring a federal license.
Harker has enlisted the help of a regulatory consultant to explain regulations and help him navigate the mountains of paperwork involved in his plan. So far he is the only cannabis company in the region who has applied for funding support.
