The Left are building momentum by filling the media “void” as the media “beast must be fed”, says former Liberal Party president Michael Kroger.

“This is the way I look at the political landscape – when I was a kid there was very little media,” Mr Kroger told Sky News host Amanda Stoker.

“In Victoria you had the Herald Sun, you had the Age, you basically had 3AW and the ABC. Now the media, the quantity of media is … twenty times what it was when I was younger – someone has to fill that media back in with content.” He said there isn’t a campaign the left “aren’t running to radically change” society with issues like global warming, the Indigenous Voice to Parliament and a “republic”.“The media beast must be fed, and the Left are feeding it.”
