Imagine the gut-wrenching panic of losing your passport, wallet, phone and laptop, the night before you need to catch an international flight.experienced exactly that, hours after losing the bag containing all of her worldly goods somewhere on a train from the domestic airport to Central.

Revealing the detective-like process for finding a bag that could be almost anywhere, Reg first set about identifying which train the passenger had been on when she lost her bag.station management, and asked for help securing the CCTV of the woman on her journey. Half an hour later he got a call back, with both the train number and the carriage number the customer had boarded.

He told the young woman to return home, and that he would be in touch to let her know if the bag was found. The backpack was found intact, and contained the woman's phone, laptop, passport, wallet and jewelry.It's not the first time that Reg has helped reunite passengers with their lost items in the nick of time.

To his amazement, he got a call back 30 minutes later to say that not only had the bag been located, a bus carrying it would arrive outside Central in approximately 40 minutes. "We try very hard to reconnect owners with their property and about 3600 items are found and given back within 28 days," Reg said.
