Recruiters say continuing skills shortages mean jobseekers will keep calling the shots in 2023, and working from home isn’t going away any time soon.
Job candidates next year will increasingly seek to work for companies with values that align with their own, according to some of the country’s leading recruiters.
Hays managing director Nick Deligiannis said the purpose and values of an organisation were becoming increasingly important to candidates in general and to younger professionals in particular. “There’s less secrecy around those types of things now. It’s just more upfront and open because employers know that’s what’s important to an employee,” Mr Brushfield said.Flexibility is here to stay
