The Greens and crossbenchers are threatening to block Labor’s $10 billion Housing Australia Future Fund over warnings it may lead to a rental and housing crisis.
Independent Senators Jacqui Lambie and David Pocock are withholding their support for the
bill unless social housing targets and cash for affordable housing projects are increased.
