Generative AI has become a game changer for many companies across a varied number of sectors. The technology has the power to handle large swaths of data, speed up productivity, and streamline efficiency.
The question is, can we move rapidly enough through all the different iterations of ups and downs to make sure that we get the benefit of A I as we move forward?And two quick examples off the top of my head, I look at JP Morgan uh storied uh global bank investing billions of dollars in A I I mean, I have to think Chet they that, that it costs jobs in the research department, let's say at JP Morgan, I look into it uh recently let go of thousands of people because, and, and the company seal...
I think that's exactly what will happen with A I, right, as we go forward and so we will see this happen again and again, a very good example.It's an A I agent, right?So it's not like we've not done this before. I would love, I would love a bot that actually knows how I process email, how I process how you process email, right?And I would like to take it's a solid 15 20% of my day and I would like to make that more efficient because 80% of my emails are.We can you get the context and you go off and make that happen, right?So I would love to do that.For example, we use that a lot, we use A I for content generation.
But I think we'll have a lot of really good examples of things like Google Maps that will show up and change the way we live as individuals, right? But I don't, I think people are going to be careful, I think for people are not just going to focus on growth. Um It was not something I it's not like, you know, if Steve was alive today, he would not say he knew me, but he would acknowledge the fact that he saw me in the offices often enough, right?Everything I've ever done in my career as God is, I can actually um take it back to what I learned and what I didn't learn at uh at uh at next.How to um uh how to think about the user, be obsessed about the user, think about doing things very, very differently.
You know, here, whatever else you want to right to talk about, we will somebody else is working on it, competition, whatever else it might be to actually get the team to move fast enough where you can get there. You've been doing this uh for quite some time uh in all things tech at this point in your career, what inspires you and, and what advice would you give to the next generation of tech leaders?
