BANGKOK: Kebakaran memusnahkan lebih 170 hektar hutan di Wilayah Nakhon Nayok, Thailand ketika pihak berkuasa bertungkus lumus mengawal kebakaran yang berlaku sejak malam Selasa.

Angin kencang dan cuaca panas menyebabkan kebakaran merebak ke gunung Khao Wangree, gunung Khao Tabak dan gunung Khao Nang Dam. “Hari ini, dron akan dihantar untuk memantau kebakaran dan mengenal pasti titik panas. Ini akan memudahkan anggota bomba dalam kerja-kerja memadam kebakaran hutan.Pada Sabtu, DDPM menerusi 175 penerbangan menggugurkan sejumlah 190,000 liter air bagi membantu memadam kebakaran hutan.
