Bailey was among a group of around 10 people at his cousin's home on West Birriley street around 7pm, when police received multiple calls to triple zero. Neighbour Gage Hood said up to eight police cars, police rescue and an ambulance turned up, and said they heard somebody "fell on a knife."READ MORE:
