Over at the Chi Wan Young Sports Centre, the badminton team played in the ninth place match of the team event against Nunavut.
Thi Pham won the women's singles, while Dylan Batchilder and Daniel Sanayie took the men's doubles, and Hayden Ford and Jiahui Pan secured another win.Finally, in the alpine ski ski cross final race heats at Brookvale Alpine, Catherine Roberts and Victoria Paton represented Team P.E.I. Roberts finished fourth in her heat, while Paton also finished fourth in her heat, which meant neither athlete advanced to the next round.
As the games came to a close, Team PEI also received the Claude Hardy Award for their mission team's contributions.
