Teacher sentenced to 6 months in jail for trespassing
Mohamad Hassan Malek, 43, was ordered to begin a six-month jail sentence immediately for trespassing into the home of his aunt.
Hanipah, who delivered the court’s decision, issued a warrant of committal for Mohamad. He had been on bail of RM10,000 with one surety pending the outcome of his filing. He subsequently entered her room and covered her mouth with his hand. Her 10-year-old daughter, who had been asleep in the same bed, screamed and he fled the scene.
