Former University of the Philippines Fighting Maroon Carl Tamayo has signed a deal with the Ryukyu Golden Kings of the Japan B.League.The team made the announcement on Twitter on Wednesday.'Hi! I am Carl Tamayo. I am 21 years old, from Philippines.
I am honored and very excited to be part of this great organization, Ryukyu Golden Kings. Can't wait to play with you guys! See you soon!' Tamayo said in a video message published by the team.Tamayo will be joined by former Philippine Basketball Association player Jay Washington, who signed with Ryukyu last September after last playing for Blackwater Elite.
