Uskup Agung Caccia menegaskan keprihatinan Takhta Suci tentang konflik “pertumpahan darah”, mengulangi permohonannya untuk gencatan senjata serta menyatakan seruan Sri Paus Fransiskus kepada “semua protagonis kehidupan internasional dan pemimpin politik negara untuk melakukan segala yang mungkin untuk mengakhiri perang.”
