PETALING JAYA: Aurora Mulia Sdn. Bhd., sebuah syarikat yang dikaitkan dengan hartawan, Tan Sri Syed Mokhtar Al-Bukhary melupuskan saham dalam Media Prima Bhd. selepas lima tahun sebagai pemegang saham terbesar dalam kumpulan media itu.
Media Prima berkata, penghentian jumlah kepentingan menurut Seksyen 8 Akta Syarikat 2016 telah dihentikan, menunjukkan kemas kini penting berhubung pematuhan syarikat terhadap peraturan tadbir urus korporat. Berdasarkan harga penutup Media Prima sebanyak 46.5 sen pada Isnin, pegangan itu akan bernilai RM164.52 juta.
