Molloy spoke of the opportunity that she was presented to come up to Sydney on a long-term deal that played into her decision making, it was a desire to see the AFLW become a strong competition that ultimately saw her make the move.“I want to see games where teams aren‘t getting flogged, I want the competition to level out over the next few years and we can have high scoring games and more nail biters then we already have.
“I went through a lot of ups and downs trying to make the decision of what I wanted to be remembered as, as a player and for me that was greater good of the game and I think I am influential enough to show that it is OK.
