Police released a grainy image of the suspect caught on a surveillance camera.
Victoria police are on the hunt for a person who went on a window-smashing spree downtown early Wednesday morning.
VicPD said investigators are working to determine if the same suspect is responsible for all of the incidents. Officers were initially called to a restaurant in the 1100 block of Government Street at 6 a.m. when a staff member found a broken front window. At 10:30 a.m., officers were called to three businesses in the 500-block of Johnson Street, where more windows had been shattered. VicPD spoke with store staff at each business who had discovered front or side windows smashed as they were opening for business.
