Officers were called to the 1300-block of Hillside, just east of Cook, just past noon after multiple reports that someone was covered in blood and standing in the road with a bloody knife.Police found the victim with what looked to be a potentially life-threatening neck wound being attended to by witnesses. Officers provided aid until B.C. Emergency Health Services paramedics arrived and took over.Hillside Avenue was closed to traffic while officers secured the area and collected evidence.
