Everton improved their chances of avoiding a Premier League relegation battle with their hard-fought away win over West Ham United on Sunday

Everton produced an impressive away win over West Ham United on Sunday in a huge boost to their Premier League survival hopes.

The result pushed Everton up to 15th in the table and put them five points clear of Luton Town in 18th. The relegation zone is currently comprised of the three newly-promoted sides, with Sheffield United bottom of the table, having collected just one point from their draw with the Blues in September.READ MORE: Full Everton squad available for Burnley as Sean Dyche weighs up summer signings

Unsurprisingly, the supercomputer currently has Sheffield United finishing bottom of the table, predicting the Blades to finish with an estimated tally of around 20.9 points. The Yorkshire side are given a 96.3 per cent chance of immediately returning to the Championship.
