Sultan Selangor larang aktiviti LGBT di negeri ini

Titah baginda dipetik menerusi khutbah Jumaat hari ini yang menyentuh isu LGBT dan tabiat songsang Selangor

SHAH ALAM: Sultan Selangor, Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah melarang sebarang aktiviti termasuk perhimpunan bagi mempertahankan atau menuntut sesuatu daripada kumpulan lesbian, gay, biseksual dan transgender diadakan di negeri ini.

Ini kerana mana-mana individu atau kumpulan yang menyatakan sokongan terhadap hak asasi LGBT adalah haram, malah perbuatan yang menyokong kepada kemungkaran boleh merosakkan akidah. Selain itu, khutbah Jumaat hari ini turut berpesan kepada umat Islam, bahawa mereka wajib menjauhi fahaman dan pemikiran liberalisme selaras dengan keputusan Jawatankuasa Fatwa Negeri Selangor.

Terdahulu Sultan Sharafuddin yang juga Pengerusi Mesyuarat Majlis Kebangsaan Bagi Hal Ehwal Agama Islam ketika bersidang kali ke-69 pada 6 Mac lalu memuji pendirian Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim yang tidak mengiktiraf golongan LGBT serta konsep negara sekular.
