The federal government has reached an agreement with the states and territories over plans to reform the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
The states and territories have agreed to support the federal government's overhaul of the National Disability Insurance Scheme , putting an end to months of tension.
NDIS Minister Bill Shorten said the government had agreed to a series of amendments in order to win over the states and territories, including a new dispute resolution approach to escalate issues to premiers and chief ministers.
