KOTA KINABALU, April 27 — Tourism is high on the list of development opportunities between Singapore and Sabah, said state Tourism, Culture and Environment Minister Datuk Christina Liew after a meeting with the High Commissioner of Singapore to Malaysia, His Excellency Vanu Gopala Menon.

“STTO is a positive development and will definitely open up economic opportunities for Sabah and Singapore for mutual benefit,” said Liew who had also wanted to find out more about Singapore’s regulations governing Airbnb operators during the meeting. Menon had said that he wanted to talk to Liew about possible collaborations and strengthening the cooperation between Singapore and Sabah following the resumption of travel and tourism.
