Margeman spent the past season on loan to the Randburg-based side and was an important player in Gavin Hunt’s squad, claiming the Players’ Player of the season award at the club.
When he joined, it was announced that he, as well as Ricardo Goss, had signed a two-year loan deal, but it’s been reported that Downs were interested in having the midfielder back during pre-season. SuperSport CEO Stan Matthews confirmed to Soccer Laduma that they definitely want to have the player in their squad again in the coming season, but it’s all down to the talks they have with their Tshwane rivals.
