Sporting bodies have “grossly misunderstood” their role when it comes to the Indigenous Voice to Parliament, according to Sky News host Amanda Stoker.
“The question of whether this is the right thing to do to our nation’s democracy is a highly contentious one,” she said.
“Yet, sport isn’t, and it shouldn’t be. When politics seeps into sport, it becomes not merely divisive, but lecturing and toxic.”
