The Balearic regional government — which governs over the Spanish enclave — issued a statement from its environmental ministry on Tuesday local time, saying Perry's production company did not request authorisation to film. "We want to clarify that in no case had the production company requested authorisation from the ministry to carry out the filming, and that is why preliminary investigation actions have been initiated," the statement read.Perry is yet to comment on the investigation.
