Elon Musk’s company SpaceX has launched the largest rocket ever developed – known as Starship – during its first test run in the US.
Just minutes after the launch, it was apparent the maiden voyage was nearing its end as Starship began to spiral out of control.
SpaceX founder Elon Musk tried to temper expectations before the launch by claiming that just getting the rocket off the ground would be a successful first mission run.
