Bob Jordan says ‘I am extremely sorry’ as airline gets back towards normal after more than 15,000 flights canceled

On ABC, Jordan was asked about calls for him and other executives to resign. The chief executive, who has been in the job forHe said: “There’ll be a lot of great lessons to come out of this, in terms of what we can do to make sure this doesn’t happen again.”
