South Korea looked on course on December 8 for further turmoil after President Yoon Suk Yeol averted impeachment but agreed to hand over governance to his party and the prime minister.
Lee Jae-myung, leader of the main opposition Democratic Party , said Sunday that they will try again on December 14. This will “minimize the confusion to South Korea and its people, stably resolve the political situation and recover liberal democracy,” Han told reporters.
