Tara O’Reilly has replaced drinking with getting into doing more physical fitness activities and developing her business ideas in the past month. - Contributed “I have been in the bar industry since I was 18,” she said. “I’ve worked in dry bars before, I am used to being around people drinking. I find I can live vicariously through others at the bar and have a good time that way.
While O’Reilly has her work to focus on to help her through, she said others participating can start by watching a new TV show or reading a book. Finding something to replace drinking, she noted, can make things much easier for those participating.
