The weekend could bring five to 10 centimetres of snow
Saturday will bring plenty of white for the man in red at the Sudbury Santa Claus parade, with flurries bringing five to 10 centimetres of snow. The wind will be coming from the southwest at 30 km/h, gusting to 50 km/h in the morning. The high will be minus 4, but with the wind chill, that will feel like minus 12.
The temperature will drop significantly overnight down to minus 14, feeling like minus 22 with the chill. Sunday will bring a mix of sun and cloud with a high of minus 8, and only a 30 per cent chance of flurries. Overnight, however, the wind will bring blowing snow. A low of minus 10 overnight.
