Facing a host of charges, LeBlanc cheerily greeted Judge Ann Marie MacInnes with a hearty “good morning” with the judge responding in like fashion. Daniel Clarke Hynes, 38, is charged with two counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine, two counts of breaching court orders, two counts of possession of money knowing it was obtained by crime and single count of trafficking in cocaine.Among the conditions of his release, Hynes is to live in Prime Brook and is not to appear intoxicated in public. He is to report by phone once a week to police and is only to take drugs that are prescribed to him.
