Thousands of baby activity gyms are being recalled after a popular toy manufacturer reports a dangling toy component may pose a potential choking hazard for children.

Thousands of toys that are part of a popular baby activity gym are being recalled after a popular manufacturer reports the dangling toy component may pose a potential choking hazard for children.The federal health agency isHealth Canada said the recall involves, specifically, the “Raindrop Toy Component” which is sold along with the Skip Hop Silver Lining Activity Gym.

According to Health Canada, Skip Hop has received 11 reports since Feb. 2, 2023 of children putting the component in their mouths.There are no known reports of injuries or incidents in Canada or Mexico.
