Singer Justin Timberlake has been arrested and is accused of driving while intoxicated in New York state, according to law enforcement officials.
Speaking to the publication on the condition of anonymity, a law enforcement official said they could not publicly discuss details of the ongoing investigation.
The Sexy Back singer was expected to be arraigned in Sag Harbor, on the eastern end of Long Island, according to a statement from the Suffolk County district attorney's office. Mr Timberlake’s representatives did not immediately return requests for comment from The Associated Press.
