Its findings showed that more than half of the respondents have diversity training programs within their companies, with 36% saying these are mandatory. Less than a quarter said they gained significant awareness from these trainings while 30% did not see any improvement. Company feedback on diversity issues highlighted a positive trend in organisational communication and action on concerns, according to foundit.
