The Shear Line and Northeast Monsoon will continue to bring rainy skies over parts of Luzon and Visayas Saturday.According to PAGASA ’s daily weather forecast issued at 4 p.m., Friday, Visayas, Bicol Region, MIMAROPA, and Quezon will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and isolated thunderstorms caused by the Shear Line .

Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms.Possible flash floods and landslides may occur in some areas as a result of said weather conditions.Meanwhile, strong to gale-force winds with rough to very rough coastal waters may be expected in Northern Luzon and the eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon.
