Shamsor Zain is new MAA president FMTNews FMTBusiness
The Malaysian Automotive Association has appointed Shamsor Zain as its new president for the 2023/2024 term.
Shamsor, who is the marketing director of UMW Toyota Motor Sdn Bhd, took over the position following the passing of MAA’s long-serving president, Aishah Ahmad last month. Meanwhile, Arman Mahadi Sdn Bhd) was re-elected as the association’s honorary secretary and treasurer. It said Syed Muzri Syed Faiz Sdn Bhd) was also appointed as a new council member, adding that the appointments were made during the MAA’s 24th annual general meeting held on March 17.
