SGV & Co. has partnered with iPeople Inc. (Mapua Group of Schools), the Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP), and the National Association of Certified Public Accountants in Education (Nacpae) through separate memoranda of agreement to implement the SGV Academy program.Aligned with SGV's purpose of nurturing leaders and enabling businesses for a better Philippines, the SGV Academy aims to bridge education and industry demands.
The program focuses on accounting, business, law, engineering and senior high school, enhancing students' career prospects through tailored courses, industry validation, and mentorship. \With iPeople Inc., SGV will review courses and syllabi; provide teacher training with CPD units, guest lecturers and mentorship; and deliver special lecture series, workshops and internships. iPeople will update syllabi, integrate practical content, and coordinate logistics to ensure smooth program implementation. \SGV's partnership with PUP involves reviewing syllabi, offering CPD-accredited teacher training, and conducting specialized lectures and workshops. PUP will update curricula, support guest lecturers, and manage logistics to promote student participation and practical integration. \For Nacpae, SGV will deliver CPD-accredited training on the latest accounting and auditing standards, regulatory updates, and information systems. Nacpae will streamline training topics, coordinate logistics and facilitate member feedback to ensure effective program execution. \These collaborations emphasize SGV's commitment to education and industry alignment
