Seseorang cipta lokasi jenayah kes bunuh CEO Cradle Fund, mahkamah diberitahu

Mahkamah Rayuan turut diberitahu bahawa seseorang telah sengaja mengunci tombol pintu dari luar bilik yang terbakar.

Samirah Muzaffar bersama peguamnya keluar dari Mahkamah Rayuan Istana Kehakiman hari ini bagi pendengaran rayuan berhubung kes pembunuhan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Cradle Fund Nazrin Hassan.

“Kesan terbakar pada tombol juga sengaja dilakukan bagi memberi gambaran bahawa tombol itu terkunci disebabkan sambaran api kebakaran kerana tiada sebarang kebakaran pada pintu tersebut, hanya kesan jelaga sahaja. Sementara itu, Amril berkata pakar patologi kedua, Dr Prashant Naresh Samberkar menyatakan terdapat kesan post-mortem hipostasis di bahagian belakang mayat yang menunjukkan mayat mangsa telah dialihkan.

Seorang lagi Timbalan Pendakwa Raya, Tengku Intan Suraya Tengku Ismail pula berhujah, kecederaan pada badan si mati tidak konsisten dengan letupan.
