The teenager was to appear in provincial court in Corner Brook on Wednesday, Nov. 23, for the Crown and his defence lawyer to make submissions on sentencing before Judge Kymil Howe.The teenager, who cannot be identified under the Young Offenders Act, was found guilty in September.
