Helping Hands, a local non-profit and registered charity whose mission is to support the community by caring and sharing donations of household items and basic needs, has a new store manager.

Chrystina's journey to her new position is one of remarkable resilience and passion. After battling addiction, Chrystina found solace and purpose within the Helping Hands community through the John Howard Society who facilitated her probation terms from an earlier incident with the law. "We are incredibly fortunate to have Chrystina join us in this capacity. Her dedication, understanding of our clients' needs, and personal experiences bring invaluable insight into her role as Store Manager. Chrystina embodies the spirit of Helping Hands, and her enthusiasm is contagious. She completed her 150 hours community service, has taken the challenge of addiction head on and has decided to stay on full time to help with this great organization.
