Health workers tried to resuscitate the victim, identified as Wong En Fatt, during the 10am incident but the man was pronounced dead soon after.

A nine-member team from the Lintas Fire and Rescue Station were at the scene. The victim was carried downhill on a stretcher and then handed him over to the police.
