A second man has been charged with murder in relation to a fatal shooting in Brisbane's south-west last week.
A 38-year-old man was shot in the chest at close range outside a house in Oxley in the early hours of Tuesday, October 4.The 26-year-old man from Mackenzie, in the city's south-east, was taken into custody on Thursday and has now been charged with murder.
Five others were arrested at the house in Mackenzie, where police allege a methamphetamine lab was found. A 30-year-old man from East Brisbane was charged with murder after he was intercepted in a vehicle in Ipswich on Friday.The charred remains of an Audi A3 sedan, which police said was linked to the killing was discovered at a fire at a unit complex in Dutton Park last Wednesday.A car fire in Dutton Park that destroyed seven cars, is believed to be linked to a shooting in Oxley.
